Anita Ragusa earned her Bachelor’s degree in biology at St. John’s University before going on to earn a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in painting at The Cooper Union School of Art in New York. Her work has been exhibited at the Queens Museum of Art and she was one of six recipients of the 2007 A.I.R. Gallery Fellowship. The Bosnian-born artist now lives and works in New York.
